How do I find the right size?
Youth sizes run YS–YL and adult sizes S–3XL. Check the size table in the Shop section for chest measurements. When in doubt, size up — these are a relaxed athletic fit.
What's the turnaround time?
Single and family-pack orders typically ship within 7–10 business days. Larger team or fundraiser orders may take 2–3 weeks; we'll confirm timing when you submit your order.
Can I exchange a shirt?
No. Your shirt is custom made from raw materials to ensure quality and keep prices down we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the quality and/or workmanship is compromised at delivery. Contact us through the order form and we'll arrange it.
Do you do bulk or full team orders?
Absolutely. The Family Pack pricing kicks in at 3+ shirts, and we offer additional bulk pricing for full-roster orders. Select 'Custom Team Gear Inquiry' in checkout or request the fundraiser sheet.
How does the fundraiser work?
We provide wholesale pricing on an order sheet. Your club sets its markup, sells through ASB, then places and pays for the order with ASB funds. Your team keeps the difference.

No. TSAVO Team Gear is an independent apparel provider. These shirts are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced in partnership with Elsinore High School or its water polo team. They're fan/team-spirit gear for the community.
